End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FURsvp, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

FURsvp is a platform that provides event organizers with a way to manage their events and RSVPs. We do not organize, host, or manage the events listed on our platform.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 General User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Respect the privacy and rights of other users

3.2 Event Organizer Responsibilities

Ensure events comply with all applicable laws
Maintain appropriate safety measures
Handle all event-related incidents and disputes
Protect attendee privacy and information

3.3 State-Specific Event Posting

Events can only be posted for the state in which your event is located in.
Cross-state event posting is not permitted
Events must comply with all local and state regulations
FURsvp reserves the right to remove events that violate these restrictions

Important: Attempting to post events for states other than which your event located in may result in account suspension or termination and / or removal of your event.

4. Limitation of Liability

FURsvp is not responsible for:

Any events or activities that occur prior, during, or after listed events
The conduct of event organizers or attendees
The safety or security of event venues
Any incidents, accidents, or injuries that occur prior, during, or after events
The accuracy of event information provided by organizers
Any disputes between event organizers and attendees

Users acknowledge that they participate in events at their own risk and that FURsvp is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FURsvp are owned by FURsvp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.1 Asset Usage Restrictions

While FURsvp's code is open source, the following restrictions apply to our assets:

All logos, graphics, branding elements, and visual assets are proprietary and protected
The FURsvp name, branding, and associated trademarks cannot be used without explicit written permission
Assets cannot be used in public projects, derivative works, or competing services
Any unauthorized use of our assets may result in legal action

Important: The open source nature of our code does not grant permission to use our assets. All assets remain the exclusive property of FURsvp and are protected under intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using FURsvp, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service for any user who violates these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of FURsvp after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which this instance of FURsvp operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
